Previously called the Camp Areté Counselor in Training (CIT) program, our three-year Servant Leader program is designed to help prepare young adults to serve the Lord as leaders in their personal lives outside of camp and to serve as camp counselors. In addition to facilitating camp activities under the supervision of counselors and staff, Servant Leaders participate in rigorous Bible training during camp.
