What is Righteousness?

Lot was our example tonight. Even though we know him for the terrible things in his life, 2 Peter 2:8 calls Lot “that righteous man.”

We learned that when we’re saved, God gives us His very own righteousness.

“For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”
